Overview
The Trustee Staff List screen ‘List’ tab, the screen for which is shown below, displays the staff members working in the trustee office. This list can also be accessed from the Trustee List screen under ‘Setup Tables’ located under the ‘More Details’ tab (see the Trustee page of this Help File).
The ‘List’ tab screen displays the Staff Name and Code.
The ‘Details’ tab, the screen for which is shown below, displays the Code, Name and Address, and other staff details such as Email, Phone and Fax number. The ‘Function’ field is used to identify the role of the staff member in Timesheet reports. The Rate is also use in calculations in the Timesheet report.
