Setup Tables

The Court table in ‘Setup Tables’ stores the court name, address and courtroom number.  This table is used for populating the court information in the Notice of Final Report (NFR).  An entry for each courtroom used for hearings should be entered into the table.  This allows the user to choose the correct room when generating the NFR.

There are two tabs, ‘List’  and ‘Details’, as shown below.  The ‘List’ tab, the screen for which is shown below, displays the Court Clerk Address, the Courtroom number and the Courthouse address.

The ‘Details’ tab, the screen for which is shown below, displays the address information, and can be entered and edited by the user.  The user must enter multiple List items for each courtroom.  If the Address for the Court Clerk and Courthouse are the same, but the Courtroom number is different, the user will need to create a List item for each variance.

When selecting the Courtroom in the NFR, the user will click the ‘Select Office of the Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court’ link, shown below, to access the list.
