From the top main menu toolbar (File Menu), select Tables’ > ‘QuikText Descriptions’ to invoke the QuikText Description List screen (shown below) and click on the ‘New Item’ button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Code:  Assign a code in the ‘Code’ text field.

Description:  Give the code a description in the ‘Text’ field.

Select the checkboxes for the area(s) of the program in which you would like to use the QuikText descriptions.  This filtering allows the user to customize the codes available when right clicking to access the list.
