341(a) Calendar

The 341(a) Calendar is a report that lists cases for your meeting docket grouped into time slots. This list can be taken to the Meeting of Creditors to be posted or used as a checklist.  Debtors’ names fall under a time slot, and can be sorted by Case Number, Case Name or Attorney’s Name within the time slot.

Accessing the 341(a) Calendar Report

From the Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Case’ tab and select ‘Parameters for 341(a) Calendar/Status’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for 341(a) Calendar/Status screen (shown below).

Generating the Report

From the Parameters for 341(a) Calendar/Status screen, populate the following fields:

  • Trustee:  Select by Trustee number or ‘-All-‘.
  • Date Range:  Enter the appropriate date range.
  • Continuance Date (1):  See note below.
  • Continuance Date (2):  See note below.

Note:  You may enter the two subsequent 341(a) Meeting dates to which cases on the current docket will be “continued”, if necessary.  Having these dates printed on the face of the Calendar Report can be helpful to the Trustee during the 341(a) Meeting.

Printing the Report

From the Parameters for 341(a) Calendar/Status screen, select from the following options:

  • Preview:  This button enables you to view the report before printing.
  • Print:  This button sends the report to the default printer.
  • To PDF:  This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
  • Cancel:  This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
  • More Options>>:
    • Group By:  ‘Hearing Date’ (lists all of the cases under one date, with no time break) or ‘Hearing Time’ (and cases will be broken out by time) via the radio buttons.
    • Sort by:  You can choose to sort your case by ‘Case No.’, ‘Case Name’, ‘Attorney’s Full Name’ or ‘Attorney’s Last Name’ via the radio buttons.  (The ‘Sort by’ options fall within a time slot if you select ‘Hearing Time’; e.g., all cases with the same “Attorney’s Last Name” will be listed together within a time.)
    • Page Break on Date Change:  If you want each “date change” to start on a new page, select  this checkbox.
    • Save Defaults:  You can save the parameters you have set; you do not have to reset them the next time you print the same report.

Note:  Microsoft Word® and WordPerfect® versions of the Calendar Report are also available, which you can further customize.
