Using the Form Selection toolbar on the far left side of the screen, click on the ‘Assets’ tab and then the ‘Asset Import’ link under the Assets sub-menu beneath the tabs on the far left side of the screen to invoke the Asset Details screen shown below.
To Void an asset, rename the asset description to ‘VOID’ as shown below. Then remove the values entered in the asset fields.
