System SnapShots are pre-defined SnapShots that you may choose to use instead of creating your own custom SnapShots.  A System SnapShot in the SnapShots Maintenance screen can be identified by the SnapShots name displayed in green.  These SnapShots cannot be edited or deleted, but you can create a new custom SnapShot based on the fields used in a system SnapShot.
