Case Memos

The Case Memos Report prints individual memos for one case or all cases, including the internal case memo.  You can use this report to filter cases without a TDR date, making it easy to track your monthly case activity.

Accessing the Report

From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Case’ tab and select ‘Case Memos’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for Case Memos screen (shown below).

Generating the Report

From the Parameters for Case Memos screen, populate the following fields:

  • Trustee:  Select the Trustee number or ‘-All-‘.
  • Case:  Select the Case number via the drop-down box.
  • Show Case with Open Date Between:  The date fields will auto-populate with the end date being the current date.  You might need to manually change the start date.
  • Exclude Cases with TDR Date:  Select this checkbox if you do not wish to include cases with a TDR date.
  • Include Special Attention Cases Only:  Selecting this checkbox allows you to run a case listing of only your “Attention Cases”.
  • Asset Status:  Select either the ‘Asset’ or ‘No Asset’ checkbox or both checkboxes.
  • Sort by:  Select either ‘Case No.’ or ‘Case Name’ via the radio buttons.
  • Print:  This screen includes three primary checkboxes and seven sub-checkboxes.  Selecting ‘Case’, Asset’ or ‘Claim’ will auto-select all of the checkboxes under whichever option you selected.  You can uncheck all but one box for each; thus, for ‘Claim’, ‘Claim Memo’ will automatically be selected.  You can select all of the checkboxes to print if you wish.
  • Only Print Cases with Selected Memos:  Select this checkbox if you only wish to print cases that include selected memos.
  • Page Break between Cases:  Select this checkbox if you would like a page break between cases.

  • To PDF:  This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
  • Cancel:  This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
  • Save Defaults:  This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
