Calendar Monthly Report

This report  (the second and third screenshots below) includes several filter options to display Appointments, Tasks and Daily Notes.  The report also filters by task date, entries and task status.

Accessing the Report

From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Other’ tab and select ‘Calendar Monthly Report’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for Calendar Monthly Report screen (shown below).

Generating the Report

From the Parameters for Calendar Monthly Report screen, populate the following fields:

  • Case Selection:  Select either ‘Current Case’, ‘All Cases’, ‘Personal (No Case)’ or ‘All Cases and Personal’.
  • Start Date:  Enter the beginning date to query entries.
  • Select Task Date Based On:  Select either ‘Due Date’ (the default), ‘Started’, ‘Completed’ or ‘Assigned’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Entry Type:  Select either ‘Tasks’ (the default), ‘Appointments’, ‘Daily Notes’ or ‘All’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Task Status:  Select either ‘All’ (the default), ‘Active / Pending’, ‘Overdue’ or ‘Completed’.
  • All Users:  Select this checkbox to include all system users.

Printing the Report

From the Parameters for Calendar Monthly Report screen, select from the following options:

  • Preview:  Selecting this button enables you to view before printing.
  • Print:  Selecting this button sends the report to the default printer.
  • To PDF:  This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
  • Cancel:  This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
  • Save Defaults:  This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
