Calendar Appointments Report

The Calendar Appointments Report shows you your appointments which were set up in the Case Task tab.

Accessing the Report

From the Form Selection Toolbar on the far left side of the screen, select the ‘Case’ tab and the ‘Reports’ link from the Case sub-menu beneath the tabs on the far left side of the screen and then on ‘Calendar Appointments Report’ from the drop-down list, which invokes the Parameters for Calendar Appointment Report screen (shown below).

Generating the Report

From the Parameters for Calendar Appointment Report screen, populate the following fields:

  • Report Format:  Select either ‘Landscape – With More Details’ or ‘Portrait – Key Information Only’ via the radio buttons.
  • Trustee:  Select the Trustee number or ‘-All-‘.
  • Case Selection:  Select ‘Specific Case’, ‘All Cases’, ‘Personal (No Case)’ or ‘All Cases and Personal’ via the radio buttons.
  • Case:  This filed is only functional if ‘Specific Case’ is selected from the ‘Case Selection’ menu directly above within the screenshot.  If so, select the appropriate case number from the drop-down box.
  • Appt Date Range:  Enter the date range for appointment dates.
  • User:  Select a specific user from the drop-down menu or ‘-All Users-‘.
  • Include Private Appointments:  Select this checkbox if you wish to include private appointments in your report.
  • Include Notes:  Select this checkbox if you wish to add any notes..
  • Sort By 1 and Sort By 2:  Select the appropriate option(s) from the drop-down menu(s).
  • Page Break:  Select this checkbox if you would like to include a page break between cases in your report.

Printing the Report

From the Parameters for Calendar Appointment Report screen, select from the following options:

  • Preview:  Selecting this button enables you to view before printing.
  • Print:  Selecting this button sends the report to the default printer.
  • To PDF:  This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
  • Cancel:  This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
  • Save Defaults:  This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
