Enhanced Import and Document Linking Tools

Trustee Suite has automated several features to retrieve and import case and case documents.

Case Import: Cases will be automatically imported each time you log into Trustee Suite, and will automatically include case related information.

ECF Fetch: Trustee Suite will provide live feeds to the court throughout the day, giving you access to ECF documents without clicking the Fetch button.

Document Linking: Document linking allows you to automatically link any document to any item within Trustee Suite, including proof of claims to the specific claim, bank statements to accounts, and check images to checks in the ledger.

Advanced Notifications

Trustee Suite now offers improved workflow tools and advanced notifications and reminders.

Case Tasks: The Task tab on the Case screen will change color to indicate when a task is complete, pending or past due. This applies to both your tasks, as well as tasks that you have assigned.

Banking Activity: The Banking Activity screen will now display the day and time of the last communication with BNY Mellon.

Scheduled Claims Import: When matching a filed claim, Trustee Suite will automatically notify you if the claim has already been applied to a scheduled claim.

Customization of Reports & Imports

New customized reports and options are available in Trustee Suite to personalize your workflow to fit the unique needs of your office.

341(a) Prep Report: We have added multiple new fields including prior addresses, employer information, closed bank accounts and transfers, and the exemption law code, as well as additional information from Schedules A through J, to provide a more comprehensive 341(a) prep report.

341(a) Prep Report can be merged to Document Management under each case folder. Simply use the ‘Merge to Document Management option when you run your prep reports.

Uniform Forms: Trustee Suite will allow you to create customized file names at creation through variable settings.

ECF Summary Report: This report allows you to print customized activity reports, including detailed activity since the last report date or for specified time periods.

One-Click Simplicity

Stretto has added several new one-click functions to help save time for your most common bankruptcy case administration tasks.

Batch Updates: In addition to our standard batch update functions, you will be able to batch update your Fully Administered cases.

Asset Links: The Asset module now contains links to well-known property valuation sites allowing faster access to research tools for key assets.
