Add User
Note: You must have the proper security rights to add, modify or delete a user, change a password or set up function rights. See your System Administrator if you cannot access these pages.
From the top Main Menu toolbar (File Menu), select ‘File’ > ‘Security’, which invokes the Security Information screen. Click on the ‘New’ button, which will take you to the User Rights (page 1) screen as shown below.
Enter a User ID, Password, Confirm Password (enter the same password) and User Name.
Select the Trustee ‘Access?’ checkbox for the trustee numbers this user needs to access.
Click on the ‘User Rights (page 2)’ tab to invoke the screen shown below and select the appropriate options.
