The Stretto Outlook Integration application resides in your computer’s task tray (see the screenshot below). This application is downloaded and automatically runs when you start up your computer. Any time Trustee Suite or Outlook is running, this application should also be present. This will ensure that your data is kept synchronized.
Tip – If the Stretto Outlook Integration Application is not running, you can manually start the application using the following steps:
- Click on ‘Start’.
- Go to ‘Programs/Start Up’.
- Select ‘Stretto Sync’.
