There are three menus you can use to access all of the program’s features and functionality: the Global Menu or File Menu, the Left Navigation Menu, and Quick Links. These menus are available throughout the program. In the screenshot below, you can see where to look for them.

Global Menu (File Menu):  This is the menu bar at the very top of the Trustee Suite screen as shown below.  Clicking on a menu option invokes a traditional drop-down menu with various options and sub-options.  An example of how this functionality is used and described on the pages in this Help File is:  ‘Tables’ > ‘Setup Tables’ > ‘Trustees’, where ‘Tables’ is an option in the global menu , ‘Subtables’ is an option, and ‘Trustees’ is a sub-option.

Left Nav Menu:  This is the vertical set of tabs on the far left side of the Trustee Suite screen as shown below.  Clicking on a tab within the left navigation menu invokes a screen within the main window of the software (e.g., selecting ‘Case’ opens the Case Information screen, selecting ‘Trustee’ opens the Trustee Worksheet screen, etc.)

Left Nav sub-menu:  Similar to the Global Menu, the Left Nav has sub-menus, but not in the form of traditional drop-down menus, but rather links. These links appear under the Left Nav when a tab has been selected as shown in the image below. Note the ‘Case’ tab has been selected from the Left Nav for this example, which invokes the sub-menu titled “Case” directly below the tabs.  Beneath this are the sub-menu options (bullet point links).  Each link, when clicked on, invokes a different screen in the main window of the software (e.g., selecting ‘Case Import’ opens the Case Financials screen, while clicking on ‘Document List’ opens the Case Document List screen, etc.)

Quick Links:  This is the toolbar located inside the blue bar towards the top of the screen (below the Global Menu)

Many of the options listed here can also be found by drilling down through the Global Menu; however, for convenience, these commonly used functions have been highlighted in this Quick Links area.
