Document List

The Document List includes all documents in Document Management for a particular case.

If the Document List is opened from the 341(a) Worksheet, it displays documents in Document Management for the selected case on the 341(a) grid. Changing the case selected on the grid will update the document list to the newly-selected case, but will not display the selected case shown in the Main Toolbar.

If the document list is closed because the system needed to close it (e.g., when navigating to the Home Page), a setting will be saved and the next time the user goes to the 341(a) Worksheet the document list will automatically open.

To Use the Document List Feature:

  1. Click on the ‘341(a) Wkst’ tab from the Form Selection toolbar on the far left side of the page.
  2. Click on the ‘Document List’ link from the 341(a) Wkst sub-menu beneath the tabs on the far left side of the page, which invokes the Case Document List screen shown below.
  3. You may move, resize and close the Document List window if you wish.
  4. You have an option (at the top of the Document List) of checking the box for ‘Show petitions and Schedules only’.
  5. Double clicking on one of the items in the list will open that document.
