The 341(a) Prep Report enables you to succinctly conduct your 341(a) meetings by easily obtaining key data in one concise document. Through advanced ECF technology, Trustee Suite captures and retrieves all information from Schedules A-J, Statement of Financial Affairs and the Means Test and merges them into a Microsoft Word or WordPerfect document. In addition, Trustee Suite consolidates Schedules A-D into a single grid.
Preparing for the 341(a) Meeting:
A merge report is available via the ‘Worksheet’ button on the 341(a) Worksheet screen (the button is at the bottom of the screenshot shown below) in Trustee Suite. Follow the steps below. This report merges the data Trustee Suite captures from the debtors Schedules and presents them into a merge template.
Trustee Suite provides you with an initial template for the report designed by one of our trustees, but because this is a merge document, you have the flexibility to alter the report to suit specific trustee needs.
To merge the 341(a) Prep Report, follow these steps:
- Go to the ‘341(a) Wkst’ tab in the Form Selection toolbar on the far left side of the page, which invokes the screenshot shown above.
- Select the 341(a) meeting date (from the drop-down menus at the top of the screen).
- Click on the ‘Worksheet’ button (located on the bottom of the screen), which generates the following screen (the three checkbox options in the center of the screen are defaulted to “checked”):
- Select ‘WPDOCS/341Prep.FRX’ from the ‘Report File’ drop-down list.
- Select the ‘Merge to Document Management’ checkbox.
- You can Preview, Print and/or create a PDF of the 341(a) Prep Report via the button options. The image below is an example of the 341(a) Prep Report template.
