Security in Stretto Outlook Integration uses the same security settings you have established in Trustee Suite. Information is only synchronized if you have access to the data in Trustee Suite. This includes both trustee access and screen access.
- All users must have at least “View” access in order to synchronize features between Trustee Suite and Outlook.
- All users must have “Trustee” access to the cases they are synchronizing with Outlook.
- To update Trustee Suite information from changes in Outlook, all users must have at least “Update” access to the Trustee Suite data, and “Trustee” access for trustee-dependent data.
Accounts Receivable
The Accounts Receivable (A/R) interface offers a streamlined setup, making it easy to track one asset or multiple assets when ongoing payments are being collected. This feature also creates vouchers and calculates amortization to properly track and respond to A/R payments. Other features include a payoff calculator, the ability to schedule interest payments and enhanced ledger payment support, including the ability to split payments and apply multiple and partial payments. Trustee Suite also provides enhanced security measures to ensure that your data remains confidential.
