As the leader in the industry, Stretto brings you first-to-market innovation with enhanced functionality to manage, organize and conduct your bankruptcy requirements. Stretto is excited to introduce our newest release – Trustee Suite 11.20. This release contains new enhancements to increase productivity with your scheduled claim imports and Uniform Final Reports. In addition, the address list for the Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) has been updated based on the latest list published by the EOUST.
Scheduled Claims Import
- Trustee Suite is the first software in the industry to provide a sophisticated claim matching tool for your scheduled claims. Trustee Suite’s intuitive claim matching tool intuitively matches claims based on several parameters. This advanced matching system will allow you to reliably link your claims without the tedious process of searching through long lists of claims. Scheduled claims from schedules D, E and F can now be imported and amended scheduled claims can be easily processed to replace a batch of claims.
Uniform Forms
- Uniform Forms or standardized National Reports, approved by the EOUST include the Notice of Final Report ( NFR), Trustee’s Final Report (TFR) and the Trustee’s Distribution Report (TDR). The Uniform Forms are data-enabled PDF’s that are generated and auto-populated through Trustee Suite.
- Highlights of the enhancements to the Uniform Forms include:
- Several options for Exhibit C have been added to the list of reports that can be merged with the TFR.
- Case numbers can be changed on the fly prior to generating the report. They can be entered in any format as required by your local UST.
- Multiple court room addresses can now be selected on the fly prior to generating the report.
- Customized Reports for BA States: Uniform Forms have now been customized for the Bankruptcy Administrator states of North Carolina and Alabama.
