UTC Codes

UTC Code descriptions have been updated throughout Trustee Suite to match the updates to the Handbook for Chapter 7 Trustees that went into effect June 1, 2022.

• When working in a case filed or opened on June 1, 2022, or later, Trustee Suite will display the new UTC codes in compliance with Handbook
• UTC Codes that have been deprecated in the Handbook will no longer be available for cases filed or opened on June 1, 2022, or later.
• Deprecated UTC Codes will continue to be available for cases opened or filed prior to June 1, 2022 (or, through May 31, 2022).
• Data previously entered for cases opened or filed prior to June 1, 2022 (or, through May 31, 2022) has not been changed by this release. NOTE: Please consult local rules regarding the use of deprecated codes in older cases.

 

Banking

East West Bank Only: East West Bank’s phone number has been added to checks and deposit slips, while the bank’s street address has been removed.

 

DSO

Virginia Only: The CSEA address for Virginia has been updated to a new address.

Idaho Only: The CSEA address for Idaho has been updated to a new address.
