Small Dividends Checks Generate UTC Wildcard “-001” (Unclaimed Funds)

• Distribution checks generated with the “Create a Combined Check for Payments Less than X” option will be coded with the UTC wildcard “-001” (Unclaimed Funds) for better compliance with the updated UTC Guidelines in the Chapter 7 Handbook.

Schedule A/B Debtors Listed in Numerical Order

• Debtors imported from Schedules A/B have been updated to display in numerical order (Debtor 1 as D1, Debtor 2 as D2.)

More Text in TIR Memo & Description Fields

• Memo and description fields in electronic TIR records have been updated to allow more text, so more information can be added and records will remain intact when exported to different file types such as Excel.

DSO Addresses Updated for AZ and OK

• For most current records, DSO addresses have been updated for Arizona and Oklahoma.

Resolved CMM Error in PACER

• The issue affecting certain districts with PACER importing Creditor Mailing Matrix records has been resolved. Records will now automatically import from PACER as before.

Banking Challenge Questions Required for Log-in           

• Completion of the banking challenge questions will now be required to log in to Trustee Suite. This is required by the bank to verify the user’s identity when conducting banking transactions through the software.
