Tardy NDR Report

The Tardy NDR Report lists cases that either are without a No Distribution Report (NDR) Date or have a NDR date a certain number of days past the Initial Debtor Examination (IDE) Date. You specify the number of days that will make an NDR “tardy.”

Accessing the Report

From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Case’ tab and select ‘Tardy NDR Report’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for Tardy NDR Report screen (shown below).

Generating the Report

From the Parameters for Tardy NDR Report screen, populate the following fields:

  • Trustee:  Select by Trustee number or ‘-All-‘.
  • Sort By:  Select either ‘Case No.’ or ‘Case Name’ via the radio buttons.
  • Date Range:  Enter the appropriate date range.
  • Include cases with NDR date over xx days past the initial debtor exam. date:  The default for this field is 60 days.  Enter any number of days (between 1 and 99) to produce the report to desired specifications.
  • Exclude cases that were reassigned, converted, dismissed or have NDR date:  When selecting this checkbox, your report will exclude all cases which have been reassigned, converted, dismissed or have a No Distribution Report date.
  • Additional Information to Include (two checkbox options):
    • Special Attention descriptions:  Select this checkbox if you wish to include special attention descriptions in your report.
    • Case Administration information:  Select this checkbox if you wish to include case administration information in your report.

Printing the Report

From the Parameters for Tardy NDR Report screen, select from the following options:

  • Preview:  This button enables you to view the report before printing.
  • Print:  This button sends the report to the default printer.
  • To PDF:  This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
  • Cancel:  This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
  • Save Defaults:  This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
