Release Archive – 9.52

Stretto’s newest release of Trustee Suite and Trustee Suite Online – Version 9.52 – is full of new features and enhancements designed to automate and streamline daily tasks.

Upgraded Asset Import

Several new features have been incorporated into the Asset Import module.  These features enable the user to view, edit, and modify asset detail quickly.  Also, the internal ECF system has been enhanced to capture asset information from electronic documents filed in the courts.  This advancement eliminates the need for data enabled forms.

  • Split Assets- By selecting the Split button, the user can choose one asset and break this down into several asset entries.  Add or Delete entries, select the ledger categories, and update the asset memos from one screen.
  • Combine Assets- By selecting the Combine button, the user can consolidate multiple assets into one entry.  Trustee Suite will combine the assets, and the Petition and Lien value totals.  The user can change the Description, edit the ledger categories, and enter/modify asset memo notes.
  • Associate ledger categories to Assets- From the Asset Import details screen, the user can update and modify ledger categories.
  • Enter Asset memos- Double click in the asset memo field to enter notes into the field.
  • View Assets by Schedule A and B- The assets pending import are displayed in two tabs, Schedule A and Schedule B. This intuitive layout makes it easy for the user to follow the schedules.
  • View actual Schedules from Document Management within the Asset Import module- The View Petition link pulls the imported schedule from Document Management for viewing in a split screen format.  Also, a checkbox to view documents in a separate window has been added for user who prefer to view the information in independent windows.

The Asset Import feature can be accessed from 3 areas within Trustee Suite.

  1. Home Page- Click the link to Import Assets
  2. File Menu-Go to File, Import, Asset Import from ECF
  3. Asset Screen-From the Sub-menu within the Asset screen

Exclusive! Adversary Case Tracking

Users can now track their Adversary cases from within the Case screen, Document List and Document Management.  The Adversary icon (a target symbol) in Document Management and Document List enables the user to quickly jump from the main case’s documents to all related Adversary case documents. A one time setup of the Adversary case in the Case screen’s Adversary Tab creates a folder in Document Management associated to the main case, or; ECF technology automatically creates the folder in Document Management when an adversary email is sent by the court.

  • From Case Information Screen- A new Adversaries tab displays to the far right of the existing tabs.  The tab will turn green when Adversaries have been associated with the case.  The user can Add and Delete Adversaries from the buttons located at the bottom of the screen. Notes can be entered manually or by using QuikText entries.  When Notes have been entered an * will appear in the right column of the grid.
  • From Document Management- Adversary cases associated with an existing case can be accessed by clicking on the target icon.  Adversary cases look the same as Personal folders with the “^” at the beginning and end of the name.
  • From Document List-Clicking on the target symbol opens a list of all related cases, including the current selected case. Selecting a case from target’s list filters the document in view.

A Batch update option has been added to the Selected View in Document Management to assist the user with updating and moving documents to Adversary cases.
