New Look, Familiar Feel!

Updated screen designs, colors and graphics make Trustee Suite 8.0 our most exciting release ever! We encourage you to take a few moments to browse through this feature rich release and see why we are the next generation of bankruptcy software.

  • Easier Case Selection. Our new case selection tool makes it easy to access the case you need by automatically recognizing the case information you are typing – begin entering either the case name or case number and Trustee Suite will return your case.
  • Trustee Suite’s new Home Page keeps you organized and informed of important case activities.  Key reminders and action items are organized into four categories and listed as hyperlinks on the Home Page.
  • Our Domestic Support Obligation solution makes it easy to manage information – with Trustee Suite it is impossible for you to miss a DSO notification deadline.
  • Our Document Management update is filled with innovative and useful features:
    • Preview tab – see documents inside the Document Management screen.
    • Sub-folders – organize your documents into sub-folders.
    • Filtering – filter which documents display in the grid.
    • Sort by docket number
    • Drag and Drop – add multiple documents and email into Document Management.
    • One Touch Filing – file documents with the court from Document Management.
    • The Banking screen has additional enhancements based on customer feedback:
    • The new accounts grid will help you manage all of your bank accounts by including more account details links into the Accounts grid.
    • A Replicate button is added on the Check and Deposits screen saving you from having to manually re-type ledger information.
    • Automatic downloading of Creditor Mailing Matrix and Claims information from your court.
    • Redesigned Calendar. With the Calendar you can create appointments and events, our new design allows you to view a day, week, or month at once.
    • New! Task List. Integrated with the Calendar and the Case screen, the task feature provides the flexibility of entering task information at a case or system level.
    • New! Profs tab. Track professionals working on a case via the new Profs tab on the Case screen. We’ve also included an email field and a Usage button on the Professionals table.
    • New! 341(a) Case List. The 341(a) Case List window displays the full list of case names and numbers in your upcoming docket on the case screen.
    • Updated parameters when exporting cases to both HTML and Lite exports. We’ve also made importing cases back into Trustee Suite easier with our Import Selection screen.
    • New! Document List. When the full capabilities of Document Management isn’t needed, use the Document List to open case documents from any screen in Trustee Suite.
    • Email. In addition to sending email from Document Management, you may now send an email to a professional or debtor directly from the Case screen.
    • Add memos for Custom Dates in the Dates grid of the Case screen.
    • QuikText. A new feature that give you the ability to place pre-set memos into the memo fields.
    • More Links to the internet are available in the Links hyperlink on the Shortcut toolbar.
