UPDATE! Changes to wire forms make generating and sending forms run smoother
- The outgoing wire transfer form has been updated with a new version from Mechanics Bank.
- When wire in and wire out forms are generated, they will now automatically display the Trustee’s Contact Phone Number as listed in the Trustee’s User Profile.
- Providing accurate information on the “Reference/Purpose” line of the Outgoing Wire Transfer form is a bank requirement in order to prevent delays in the processing of such requests. Therefore, when creating an outgoing wire transfer, the “Transaction Description” field in the software is now required. That information automatically transfers onto the “Reference/Purpose” line of the updated Mechanics Bank wire form when printed.
- The User Profile Screen in the software (where you set up your banking security challenge questions) has been updated to include a field for a cell phone number. This is a required field for Trustees as it will be printed on any outgoing or incoming wires and will be used “For Wire Authorization” call backs.
UPDATE! The new schedule scraping feature has been improved
- You can expect better performance when using “Scrape Schedules” or “Scrape Scheduled Claims” for repeat scraping requests.
UPDATE! A screen update makes it easier to generate final TFRs
- The acknowledgement screen that appears when users choose between draft and final TFRs is now easier to use.
UPDATE! A pop-up notification will appear when certain actions are performed after a final TFR has been submitted
- The transactions that will prompt a notification are: making a deposit, incoming wire transfer, opening a new account, and removing the closed date.
- The notification reads: “Bank and Technology Services Fees will be charged in this case going forward. Please contact the Stretto Banking Center if you have questions: banking.services@stretto.com”
UPDATE! The ECF Summary Report has been enhanced to show more accurate data
- Extraneous information will no longer print when running an ECF Summary Report, ensuring shorter and more accurate reports.
UPDATE! We’ve made changes to the software to keep you in compliance
- The wage claim threshold has been updated to $12,850 as of 04/01/2016. In addition, based on the Primary UTC Reference Guide, all wage claim taxes that are over the threshold will be given the UTC code of 7100 rather than the 5800 it had previously. The priority number will remain at 610 so it will not affect the order of the distribution on unsecured payroll taxes.
- The document that opens when you click on “UST Handbook” under “Help” in the Global Menu has been updated to reflect the changes to the Handbook effective as of 09/2016, including the latest changes relating to disaster recovery and the Supplementary Materials.
- The Trustee Interim Report (TIR) has been revised to reflect recent Handbook requirements regarding Form 3, the TDR, the TFR, and the NFR.
