Trustee Suite can pull asset information listed on the Debtor’s Schedules directly into the Asset Import screen. To use this feature, you must be set up to download ECF documents from Stretto.
Accessing the Report
From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Other’ tab and select ‘ECF Asset Import Listing’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for ECF Asset Import Listing screen (shown below).
Generating the Report
From the Parameters for ECF Asset Import Listing screen, populate the following fields:
- Asset Import Selection: Select either ‘By Date’ or ‘By Case’ via the radio buttons.
- By Date
- Date Range: Enter the appropriate date range.
- Sort by: Select either ‘Case No.’ or ‘Case Name’ via the radio buttons.
- By Case: Select the Case number or ‘-All-‘.
- By Date
- Include imported assets: Select this checkbox if you wish to include imported assets in your report.
- Include pending assets: Select this checkbox if you wish to include pending assets in your report.
- Include deleted assets: Select this checkbox if you wish to include deleted assets in your report.
- Include unreadable assets: Select this checkbox if you wish to include unreadable assets in your report.
- Include detailed asset information: Select this checkbox if you wish to include detailed asset information in your report.
- Show complete petition description: Select this checkbox if you wish to display complete petition description in your report.
Printing the Report
From the Parameters for ECF Asset Import Listing screen, select from the following options:
- Preview: Selecting this button enables you to view before printing.
- Print: Selecting this button sends the report to the default printer.
- To PDF: This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
- Cancel: This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
- Save Defaults: This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
