DSO Initial Letter

The Domestic Support Obligation (DSO) Initial Letter should be generated by the trustee within 3 days of conducting the first 341(a) Meeting of Creditors.  There are two initial  letters.  The first letter is sent to the claimant, notifying them that the debtor has filed bankruptcy.  The second letter is sent to the support enforcement agency.

The ‘Action’ section on the Home Page provides a link to the DSO module to print the letters.  Past due letters display in red.
