Accessing the Report
From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Accounts’ tab and select ‘Batches’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Batch Manager option (shown below at the bottom of the screen).
Click on the ‘Batch Manager’ button and the following screen displays:
From the Report Batch Manager screen, select from the following options:
Add Batch: Select ‘Add Batch’ to invoke the screen shown below.
Edit Batch: Once a batch (more than one report) has been created, the ‘Edit Batch’ button will become functional and allow you to make changes to the batch.
Delete Batch: Once a batch (or batches) has been created, select this button to delete a batch.
Add Report: Selecting ‘Add Report’ generates the screen shown below. Provide a Batch Name and select a report(s) to add to the batch for batch printing.
Edit Report: Once a report has been added to the batch, the ‘Edit Report’ button will become functional and you can make changes to your report selection.
Delete Report: Once a report(s) has been added to the batch, select this button to delete a report.
