Update Bond Amount

The Bond Amount changes based on amount of total funds managed by the trustee.  The most current amount should be updated in Trustee Suite to reflect the proper coverage.

Update the Bond Information

1.  From the top Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Tables’ > ‘Setup Tables’ > ‘Trustees’, which invokes the Trustee List screen.

2.  Click on the ‘More Details’ tab, which generates the screen below.

3.  Enter the new information under the Bond Information box in the upper right corner of the screen.  Click on ‘Save’ to save changes.

Case Specific Bonds

Occasionally a trustee may need a separate case bond.  This can be handled individually within each case.

1.  From the Form Selection toolbar on the far left side of the screen, click on the ‘Case’ tab for the specific case, which invokes the screen shown below.

2.  From the ‘Bond’ field in the bottom section of the screen, change the dropdown selection to ‘CB’.  This will activate the ‘Exp’ and ‘Limit’ fields.

3.  Enter the details for the Case Bond and select ‘Save’.
