The Interest Earned Report lists all interest earned for the estate, by account number.
Accessing the Report
From the Trustee Suite Main Menu toolbar, select ‘Reports’, click on the ‘Accounts’ tab and select ‘Interest Earned Report’ from the Print Reports screen to invoke the Parameters for Interest Earned screen.
Generating the Report
From the Parameters for Interest Earned screen, populate the following fields:
- Trustee: Select by Trustee number or ‘-All-‘.
- Case: Select by Case number or ‘-All-‘.
- Account No: Select by Account number or ‘-All-‘.
- Sort by: ‘Case No.’ or ‘Case Name’ via the radio buttons.
- Date Submitted: This represents the Period Ending date.
- Date Range: Enter the date range for the transaction history.
- Include Cases with TFR Date: Select this option if you wish to include cases with a Trustee’s Final Report (TFR) date.
- Show SSN: Selecting this checkbox adds the debtor SSN next to the debtor TIN.
- Report Title: Enter custom text for an alternate title.
Printing the Report
From the Parameters for Interest Earned screen, select from the following options:
- Preview: This button enables you to view the report before printing.
- Print: This button sends the report to the default printer.
- To PDF: This button prints the report to PDF and saves a copy to Document Management.
- Cancel: This button undoes any changes and cancels the print job.
- Save Defaults: This button sets the current field selections as the default each time this report is accessed.
The Report Includes the Following Fields:
- Date Submitted
- Case
- Date Filed
- Tax Payer ID / SSN
- Period Ending
- Transaction Date
- Received From
- Description of Transaction
- Amount
- Case Total
