Surplus-to-Debtor

• On the Parameters for Surplus to Debtor & Interest on Claims screen, the “Get Rate” link now works and clicking it adds the correct interest rate value.
• In response to the discontinuation of published interest rates by the District of Utah Court website, the system now sources the rate on Surplus-to-Debtor cases from the Federal Reserve website.

 

DSO

• The Initial DSO Letter and the DSO Discharge Letter will now display updated addresses for the State of Vermont Creditor Letter Address and CSEA Letter Address.

 

1099s

• The 1099-NEC and 1096-NEC forms have been added to the system for tax year 2020.
