A new Remote Deposit Check (RDC) Single-Entry Scanning feature has been added for users with Metropolitan Bank and East-West Bank.

• Checks can be deposited from the Receipts Log by using a consumer-level scanner and deposit details will be added to Trustee Suite and the bank’s records at the same time.
• Users can scan checks with the ScanSnap ix500, ScanSnap s1500, or ScanSnap ix1500 model scanners.
• A new RDC Receipts Log Report can be run from Reports > Other tab.
• Users need to update to Trustee Suite 20.22 to utilize RDC.
